Spam Policy

Any person using spam, bulk leads lists, IP broadcasting, FFA's that provide downloadable leads or any other form of downloadable e-mail address lists, to promote affiliate url's will be deleted from all sites immediately and without warning!

Anyone using SPAM COP or SPAM TERMINATOR (or anything similar), will be terminated and banned without refund from ALL of our lists! By joining a safelist, you AGREE to receive mail from other members! We will NOT click any verification links in messages sent from these types of services, but instead will delete and ban you immediately!

False spam complaints for list or admin e-mail will also result in us immediately terminating and banning you from future access.

DO NOT SPAM!
It is NOT EFFECTIVE and will only cause YOU trouble!

If you get caught spamming, and it results in any downtime to our sites, we will charge you a MINIMUM of $250 PER DAY. You will also be charged a MINIMUM of $10 per spam mail sent. You will pay any and all fee's involved with this matter.

If our site is closed down, due to you spamming someone, you will pay any and all fee's involved with us moving our site, no less than $2000.

If you get caught spamming, we will charge you $50 per hour we spend trying to resolve this matter.

We WILL pursue ANY and ALL spam related issues to the fullest extent of the law.

Here is a small part, of what you could be facing, if you spam someone:

Sec. 46.006. CIVIL PENALTY.
(copy from Texas spam law!)

(a) A person who violates this chapter other than Section 46.009 is liable to the state for a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed the lesser of:

(1) $10 for each unlawful message or action; or
(2) $25,000 for each day an unlawful message is received or an action is taken.

(b) The attorney general or the prosecuting attorney in the county in which the violation occurs may:

(1) bring suit to recover the civil penalty imposed under Subsection (a); and
(2) seek an injunction to prevent or restrain a violation of this chapter.

(c) The attorney general or the prosecuting attorney may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining a civil penalty under this section, including court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, investigative costs, witness fees, and deposition expenses.
